Does it seem like you’re always booked and busy, but you’re not making any progress? It’s not good to assume that you’ll always be in this situation.
You can make a favorable change in your life daily with just a few minutes of your time. You can make great strides if you make a habit of using your free time constructively.

Improve your daily life with a few minutes of your time:
1. Learn a valuable skill from a friend. One of your friends may be overflowing with great business sense. Find out how they became successful and follow their blueprint to start a new business venture of your own.
2. Create a mission statement. What are some things in life you stand for? What do you base your life on when you categorize your personality? Put some thought in it and draw upon a mission statement. It will evolve over your lifetime as you prosper and experience personal growth.
3. Describe your life five years from now. What do you see, who have you become, what have you accumulated, what takes up most of your time these days, and what do you do career wise? Imagine your daily life and the details of what you would desire.

4. Acquire new information. Learn something fresh and build your skill set to greater heights. There’s no excuse for being stagnate and being the same person, you were years ago. Think of what you need to be better and learn something useful to uplift your personal and professional skills. Do things like taking online courses, getting a life or business coach, and or a mentor to quickly enhance your ability to be successful.
5. Remove time wasters from your life one by one. Take a day to notice any ways you waste time during the day, when you are stressed out or just simply bored. Then don’t do it at all the next day. Once you remove it, you may decide to continue living without it as a changed habit.
6. Wake up very early and use the time for something productive. Take advantage of the free hours you just made for yourself and do something do you don’t usually have time for.

7. Read. Silence your phone, turn off the TV, and read for 15 minutes. Make your reading choice about something that will potentially shape your life for the better. Devoting a few minutes a day can impact your life and have a positive effect on your worldview.
8. Start a journal. Journaling your life brings great rewards, like learning from the past, releasing stressful situations to paper, and seeing how far you’ve come as a person through mental and emotional growth.

11. Embarrass yourself. We all care about what others think, maybe a little too much. It’s always fun to laugh at yourself, it shows that you aren’t too serious about life and that you can have fun at your own expense. You’ll notice that no one cares as much as you do about certain things, and you can actually relax without having so much anxiety about things in your head.

12. Join a group. We all need to belong to communities that are full of our kind of people. This may be a book club, neighborhood watch, sports team, or social club. Whatever club you choose, find people you enjoy spending time with and give as much as you take.
